Programs we offer

British Gymnastics Program

We offer the British Gymnastics Program for children aged 4 years and up. This program is a blend of Artistic and Rhythmic Gymnastics, catering to participants from recreational to advanced levels. Our training covers Beginner to Advanced levels (8-1) and extends to Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels.

Private lesson

We offer private classes for national-level Rhythmic Gymnasts, including advanced routine analysis according to the Code of Points. Additionally, we provide specialized stretching classes for athletes in other sports, such as skating, ballet, dance, and taekwondo. Adult classes are also available.

PA day/Summer camp

Our PA Day/Summer Camp is packed with engaging gymnastics activities, including healthy snack and additional activities such as art and indoor/outdoor sports.
